- You will be given constructive feedback on your first case study in order to gain knowledge and understanding for your remaining 4 case studies
- You also will be sent out a detailed course manual to help you follow along with the video for completing your model gel polish case studies
- Once you have completed your 5 case studies and we have assessed and passed your work, you will receive your certificate of completion and qualification from Allure Academy & The Beauty Guild!Once you have booked you will receive an email confirmation with further course details and access to the video link.

Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the United Kingdom. For international orders, allow an extra 24 hours due to time differences, depending on the destination and customs processing times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

If you have ordered a product in error, we will process the refund to you as soon as possible, products need to be sent back to us in perfect, unused and unopened condition, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding delivery fees. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us.

If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK, we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item, we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packaging and packing slip to help us resolve this.
