The Allure Group Ltd was established in 2019 by Melissa Wright. We are a growing brand of nails supplies. We have a busy salon and an accredited training academy. Our goal is to provide our customers, students & clients with the highest quality of nail supplies, treatments and training all at affordable prices.

Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the United Kingdom. For international orders, allow an extra 24 hours due to time differences, depending on the destination and customs processing times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

If you have ordered a product in error, we will process the refund to you as soon as possible, products need to be sent back to us in perfect, unused and unopened condition, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding delivery fees. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us.

If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK, we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item, we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packaging and packing slip to help us resolve this.
