We cannot send parcels to P.O BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you still choose to send to a P.O Box do so at your own risk – your parcel will not be insured or guaranteed for delivery. We will not be liable for any lost parcels if you choose to send to a P.O Box address.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.


Your order will be processed within 2 working days, for international orders allow an extra 24 hours due to time differences.

Cancellations, Amendments, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation after submitting your order cannot be accepted. Once you have submitted an order, we cannot amend an order or add to it. Due to the speed we process orders, the items may already be dispatched.

If an item is out of stock

If an item you purchase goes out of stock it will automatically be refunded to the same account you paid with. You will be notified if this happens.

Received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK, we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item, we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packaging and packing slip to help us resolve this.

Missing item

If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your query via email to including clear pictures of your packing slip. We will deal with the problem accordingly. Thank you.




At this time Allure Nails b cannot accept returns for all items due to the nature of some of our products. If opened these products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross-contamination and not fit for resale. Please message us to find out if your item qualifies for a return.

For items that you are able to return, they must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them. We cannot accept ANY returns on items that have been used or ‘tested’.

If your item arrives damaged

You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process your return. Once we receive this information we will resolve the problem as soon as possible for you.

Returning unwanted items

To return unwanted goods you should contact, advising the reason for returning these goods. If the goods have been unused and unopened and you are able to return the item, you will be liable for the cost of postage and packaging. Once we have received the item, please allow 7-10 working days for a full refund of the item.

UK shipping

We use DPD to ship all items to the UK. For extended postcodes we use DPD. All the parcels are sent via DPD Next Day from your dispatch confirmation email (this does not include weekend delivery).

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery times are expected but not guaranteed. Free shipping over a certain amount spent applies to most of the UK, small exclusions apply due to zone charges from our shipping company. Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland are affected. Free shipping occurs in these areas at £75 min order value if your order includes any if the acrylic system. During busy periods parcels can take from 1-2 days for processing and dispatch. If you have not received your order in 4 working days from dispatch email, please contact us via our contact form or send an email to

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at check out. If you have entered your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package has returned back at our warehouse before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend – p&p to be paid by customer for re-shipping.

International shipping


We ship all international parcels via DPD. Please allow 5-15 working days to receive your item. Average delivery is up to 10 working days. If you have not received your item in 15 working days please email with your full name and order number. Please allow up to 24 -48 hrs response time. Please allow due to time difference 1 extra day to process your order before it will be shipped. Some international orders have taken as long as 25 working days to arrive due to the country’s strict customs, unfortunately we don’t have any control over this. If you are in a rush please do select express shipping if available. Our shipping costs are based on weight & size of products. Orders may be subject to import duty and tax, dependent of the country.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at check out. If you have entered your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped. You will have to wait until the package as returned back at our warehouse before we can send it again. Nails by Annabel will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes applied are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.

Your bank will convert the money for you to your country’s currency, if you want an estimated value of your basket, we recommend using Google currency converter.
